Introduction

I’m a data, digital, and AI leader with a background spanning hands-on delivery, strategic transformation, and executive advisory. I specialise in stepping into complex environments where organisations need clarity, momentum, and pragmatic leadership. My leadership style is calm, collaborative, and outcomes-driven. I focus on building trust quickly, translating complexity into clear decisions, and aligning people, technology, and commercial goals. I’m comfortable operating at board level while staying close enough to delivery to ensure strategy turns into real-world impact. What makes me an outstanding fractional executive is my ability to add value fast. I bring a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and commercial realism, allowing me to diagnose problems quickly, prioritise what truly matters, and lead teams through change with confidence. I’m not there to create dependency, I’m there to leave organisations stronger, more capable, and better positioned for the future.

Key Achievements

Led large-scale data and systems integration following acquisitions across the UK, Ireland, and Europe, unifying platforms across eight markets, improving data accuracy, and establishing governance frameworks that supported compliant, scalable growth. Provided senior leadership on business-critical data and financial systems, including oversight of a billing environment processing ~£18m per month, introducing delivery controls, governance, and assurance to stabilise operations and enable confident decision-making at executive level. Built and embedded high-performing data and technology teams, establishing centres of excellence, modern delivery practices, and self-service analytics capabilities that reduced dependency, improved stakeholder confidence, and left organisations stronger after transition.
