Introduction

I have deep experience in technology transformation for mid and large companies, for UK and international programs, including application, infrastructure, compliance, and cyber security programs. My focus is on delivering defined business outcomes, and I have the experience in supporting teams so that they can work together to achieve those outcomes. Working both with internal teams, and external partners, I ensure that effective approaches are adopted, clarity is maintained, progress is reported, and issues quickly identified and resolved. Reporting to the board, I am comfortable either leading "greenfield" projects, or alternatively, picking up projects in mid flight, and bringing them to a successful conclusion.
