A seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in manufacturing and related services business operating in private and FTSE 100 businesses in the UK, Europe and globally and working with both small and major FMCG brand owners and direct with retailers and own brands. A board level director and senior leadership team member with experience of a range of roles including Managing, Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Sales and Marketing and Strategic Account Director. My leadership style is calm, practical and collaborative. I am comfortable operating at a strategic level with key stakeholders but also engaging and motivating management teams to bring them on the journey. I have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, margin improvement and cost reduction throughout my career and I am now keen to support businesses with fractional, interim or specific project support.
