Introduction
I deliver Operational transformation and turnaround programmes for Private Equity, Venture Capital and family-owned businesses. By identifying and delivering structured improvements in Controls, Processes, and Capabilities, I enable the release of cashflow and production capacity, typically with a low-to-no Capex approach.
With wide experience in Food, Beverage & FMCG manufacturing sites, I have additional experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Industrial Laundries and Not For Profit businesses. From shop floor to C-Suite, I have coached individuals and teams to deliver improvement workstreams in; Operations, Warehouse/Logistics, Supply Chain, Technical/Hygiene and Engineering functions.
I develop teams and individuals using Performance profiles utilised in Elite Sport settings. I have delivered this to teams and individuals across all business functions as part of cross-functional development in leadership, Communication, decision-making and performance improvement.

- Designed and delivered multiple 7-figure Operations and Supply Chain turnaround/acceleration programmes (£20m-£150m revenue site)
- Coached and developed teams to move to a data-driven decision-making culture (teams of 20-500 full-time employees)
- Mobilised cross-functional team to identify and deliver over 100 individual improvement projects (>£1.2mil annualised savings)
- Coached a cross-Atlantic charity 3-man rowing team in Mindset management and decision-making tools.
