I am a veteran commercial operator and leadership strategist with over 20 years of experience in the TMT, EdTech, and SaaS sectors. Having co-founded and scaled an ISP and safeguarding platform from zero to £10M+ ARR, and later leading M&A integrations that delivered £10M+ TCV in 24 months, I understand the friction points of scaling high-growth businesses. My leadership style is pragmatic, transparent, and accountability-driven. I subscribe to a "no BS, no politics" approach, prioritising mentorship over carrot & stick management to up skill teams. As a fractional executive, I am outstanding because I bring a founder’s mindset combined with disciplined operational rigor. I don’t simply write reports; I architect GTM strategies, speak with the customers to make sure we have the right products and services to allow us to build repeatable commercial systems, and provide the established network to immediately accelerate market penetration. Where I have some additional unique skill sets is when it comes to marketing strategies, and in particular the use of video and audio, for instance YouTube and Podcasting, where I have launched several successful and influential channels, including top 5% global ones.
