I am a veteran commercial operator and leadership strategist with over 20 years of experience in the TMT, EdTech, and SaaS sectors. Having co-founded and scaled an ISP and safeguarding platform from zero to £10M+ ARR, and later leading M&A integrations that delivered £10M+ TCV in 24 months, I understand the friction points of scaling high-growth businesses. Founded & Scaled IT / SaaS to £8.5M+ ARR: As Co-Founder, MD & Commercial Director, developed the entire GTM strategy that grew a B2B SaaS safeguarding and ISP business from concept to over £8.5M+ ARR before exit, securing a market-leading position with over 2 million daily active users. This was done with zero investment from day 1 to exit. Architected Dominant Channel Partner Program: Designed and executed a channel strategy that recruited top-tier UK EdTech resellers, ultimately driving 85% of total revenue (£8.5M+ ARR) with a 95% annual contract retention rate. Replicated multiple times. Delivered Largest Partners In Companies 17 Year History: As Channel Acquisition Director, led the commercial complete overhaul of the partner program and wholesale partner acquisition, delivering over £10M in new Total Contract Value in less than 24 months.
