Introduction

I’m a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Chartered Marketer with over 25 years’ experience leading marketing teams and supporting marketing-led growth. I founded We Are Circle in 2009 to provide senior marketing leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Before this, I spent seven years on the board as Marketing Director for an education communications company and held senior marketing roles in global consultancy businesses in London. My focus is always on clarity, leadership and long-term impact. My leadership style is to take full accountability. I engage and motivate stakeholders with a calm, confident, warm approach, turning strategies into action and results.
