I’m Jez, I provide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) as a Service. I help CFOs/SMEs setup their Mgt Info and Reporting Systems to improve their performance.
Key Achievements
Devised a management dashboard that tracked the actual costs and benefits of the JobCentre Plus IT Strategy, enabling an overview of all initiatives to be easily visible and utilized for tracking and discussion purposes by the leadership team.
Developed a standard database to be used by each of the 22 participating member countries of the European Blood Alliance's Annual Benchmarking Scorecard. This allowed for greater consistency in the data received and simplified the consolidation process.
