Key Achievements
* Accountable for the design and realisation of Business Function strategy, delivering benefits of £92m from 2021-25. Achieved significant benefits across Customer, Colleague, Climate and Compliance – all while partnering with Technology to drive the organisation’s Digital First agenda.
* Led implementation of new, Award-winning digital cheque scanning capability into 850 bank Branches and Cash & Coin Centres of a major high street bank, improving service and saving £12m a year.
* Co-led of a FTSE 100’s Paperless Programme, pioneering key initiatives such as a new eForms capability to digitise customer interactions and the optimisation of the organisation’s logistics model. Combined, these reduced Customer Journey time from 9 days to 1 and realised £11.5m annual savings.
