Introduction

I am a highly accomplished Data and Analytics Director with over 25 years’ experience driving commercial growth and digital transformation across the Financial Services, Retail, Affiliate Marketing, and Charity sectors. With proven expertise in combining strategic vision, commercial acumen, data governance, and large-scale data management I aim to help businesses use data effectively to create enterprise value. My experience includes building and rapidly scaling a Data function, fundamentally transforming data management, improving data quality and usage across the business, and successfully positioning the company for sale. As an experienced Data Protection Officer (DPO) I also have expertise in the UK GDPR. I chair Girls in Data, a charity with a mission to promote awareness of careers in Data and Technology to young women, and am a trustee at Open Eye Gallery, which focuses on socially engaged photography, where I sit on the Data and Communications and Fundraising sub-committees.
