Key Achievements
● Completed multiple 6-12 week IT service reviews that delivered 2-3 year IT Strategies with prioritised improvement plans backed by the Board and investors - in one case securing a £0.6m improvement budget. I have done this in various sectors including finance, security and not-for-profit.
● Migrated all core systems and servers of a finance firm to Microsoft Azure Cloud, in 6 months with a 2 man internal DevOps team; improving resilience, DR/BCP capability and unlocking tangible savings in licensing costs.
● Delivered multiple ERP, CRM, Workforce Management and Finance system implementations that improved operational efficiency and increased security engineer productivity by 35%, saving £100K+ per month.
● Achieved continual ISO27001 and ISO22301 compliance (over 8 years), gaining positive auditor commendation for annual improvements. More recently, achieved Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation in 6 months. In both cases these were in highly regulated businesses.
● As the product manager I designed and delivered DYMENSiON Cloud, a commercial SaaS security services workflow, compliance and data intelligence platform used by 60+ clients across 10+ countries, generating £1M+ annual recurring revenue and £3M+ in new business. Delivered by a small internal Agile development team.
