I'm a proven Strategic, Innovative Leader. Backed by over 25 years of working in senior strategic marketing roles for the UKs biggest banking brands. I’ve headed up Campaign and Innovation Teams, worked extensively on marketing strategy, customer insight, segmentation and proposition development. I’ve managed multi million £ marketing budgets. My experience brings a different level of commercial rigor. I've worked specifically on Brand Strategy for Halifax, Lloyds and Bank of Scotland Brands Working with leading London brand agencies to develop and deliver the best brand experience within UK banking. My focus goes beyond brand design – it’s about driving commercial value from brands. I work with SMEs fractionally wanting to accelerate their strategic thinking and marketing efforts; Understanding company dynamics and defining a clear strategy using my Zest Framework. Elevating marketing thinking and creating a prioritised and achievable marketing plan. Ensuring marketing is focused on the right activity, resonating with the right customer segments and maximising return on marketing investment. Since becoming a fractional I've worked with a wide variety of SMEs from retailers, manufacturers, B2B wholesalers, leadership consultancies, property businesses and marketing service businesses.
