Introduction
I'm a proud Northumbrian and have spent the last 20 years in the military charity sector starting and developing charities in healthcare and employment. I'm now focused on finding new roles for myself as a consultant, advisor and NED where my governance, leadership, risk and strategy skills can be used to help business owners grow and develop. I'm a reliable, highly motivated team player with deep analytical skills and keen to find new challenges!
Key Achievements
- Built Boards and Teams in both exec and non-exec roles.
- Mainstreamed a new rehab intervention for injured serving personnel working with the Ministry of Defence from pilot to accredited defence output.
- Raised over £3.1m from grant-making trusts and philanthropy.
- Helped more than 400 service leavers and veterans into new employment.
- Facilitated succession for CEO prior to successful exit in May, 2025
